Payment for all services and products is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and CareCredit. A 3 % fee will be assessed from our payment processor on any credit card or debit card charges. No fees are added for payment by cash or check.
Please note that if appointments are missed without calling 24 hours in advance, will have a $30 fee that will be applied to the next visit. Any cancellations with more than 24 hour notice will not be charged. Any cancellations for surgery, will need to be 48 hour notice.
We do ask that all of our clients do arrive for the time period allotted, and if you are going to be late, please let us know. If your arrival time will be 15 minutes late or longer, we would have to charge a late fee of $30 dollars. And, depending on your late arrival, we may have to ask you to reschedule.
